To Clarify

Israel is starving the entire population of Gaza, while continuing to slaughter them with military weapons provided by the west. Even as their depravity becomes more confident and brazen, fascist rags like the Australian (aka the Israelian) continue to launder their crimes and generate propaganda not dissimilar to that produced by the Nazi regime.

Unfortunately, many of their targets have to rely on the moral integrity of employers, academic institutions, government agencies and cultural bodies - and the last 18 months has clearly demonstrated they have none. Absolute warriors like Randa Abdel-Fattah have been hounded by the “journalists” at these glorified Nazi newsletters, and have suffered immeasurably due to the cowardice of their colleagues.

Meanwhile, Jewish activists like Sarah Schwarz and Aviva Tuffield have not been spared by the Australian as it pretends to “fight antisemitism” - because none of this is about protecting Jewish people but protecting white supremacy and colonial empire.

I know these “requests for comment” are meant to scare people, particularly given the mendacity of these rags. But I am in the very fortunate position of having no fixed employer, which means the Australian has no power over me. It can’t take anything from me that hasn’t already been destroyed by the dismantling of my own illusions about people and what they really stand for. I would rather shovel shit for nothing but a loaf of bread than go back to pretending Australia’s “progressive” institutions are anything but cowardly, self interested and racist to the core.

So no, I won’t be “clarifying” what I mean as if I owe anyone or anything a more temperate approach to the most violent and repugnant issue of our time. Israel is perpetrating genocide and ethnic cleansing with the explicit support of the west. There is no plausible deniability here - only complicity with a neo Nazi regime and its attempted annihilation of a people it considers in the way of its expansionist goals.

Palestine will be free, and every last person who collaborated with Israel will be remembered for the Nazi they are.
